International Conference on Food Science & Technology 2018
which is the first part of International Conference on Health, Science and Technology series (1st ICHeSTech) by Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS) and Management & Science University (MSU). The 1st ICHesTech – ICFST’18 by Unimus with co-host MSU is going to be held on November 28-29, 2018 at Semarang, Indonesia with the presence of highly affiliated personality’s, food laureates, scientists, health researchers, entrepreneurs, executives, technologists, and more together to network, collaborate, share best practices to explore the future and trends in Food Science & Technology.
Environmental issues worldwide triggered by climate changes are expected to bring critical consequences for global food availability, security and safety if serious steps are not taken. Combining research of different types is believed to be a strategic way to address the many interrelated questions related to food availability, food security and food safety in today’s world and and their implications for human health. This underlines the importance of a forum, which could facilitate global food academicians, scientists, researchers, and technologists to network, collaborate and share best practices to explore the future and trends in Food Science & Technology.
